PRIVACY NOTICE

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, PROBIOMED S.A. de CV, hereinafter “PROBIOMED”, “We” or “we”, located at 499 Ejército Nacional Ave, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 02020, Mexico City, will be responsible for safeguarding all the data you provide in the terms indicated in the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Private Parties. If you share information with us, you accept the present and it will be understood that you have reviewed and understood it. Any change or modification to this notice may be made at any time and published on the website www.probiomed.com.mx.

We may collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide them directly to us, when you visit our website or use our online services, and when we obtain information through other sources permitted by Law.

You can exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition) at any time, revoke your consent for the transfer of your data or request information regarding our privacy policies by contacting us through the email privacidad@probiomed.com.mx.

To fulfill the purpose(s) described below or others legally claimed or requested by the concerning authorities, we may communicate certain information about you to the authorities or third parties that have contractual relations with PROBIOMED.

The personal data that you share with us, such as full name, age, gender, address, telephone and email, among others, may be used for commercial, educational, statistical, labor or any other type of purposes that apply as the case may be.

If you consider that your personal data have not been protected under the terms stipulated in this notice, it is your right to notify the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (www.inai.org.mx).

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a piece of information sent to your browser when you visit a page. The website www.probiomed.com.mx uses cookies to measure its performance and improve user experience. You can configure your browser to accept cookies, reject them or notify you each time a cookie is sent to you. A) Candidates:

When applying for a position in PROBIOMED, we can use the data you provide to perform all the necessary activities to verify that you have the skills and aptitudes to perform in the position, according to the requirements of the profile, as well as to carry out the psychometric tests and relevant socioeconomic studies. If you are hired, your data will become part of your work file. If this is not the case, PROBIOMED: a) may keep them to contact you in the future -unless you express a contrary wish- if there is a new job opportunity that meets your profile, b) may share them with other companies in the sector that may require a similar profile to yours, if you grant your consent, or c) proceed to eliminate your information in accordance with the corresponding legal provisions.

B) Collaborators:

The personal data that are part of your work contract will be used to carry out all activities related to the administration and management of your position, such as physical and electronic access control, creation of a job profile and work performance assessment, documentation of your work benefits such as various electronic vouchers, payroll and benefits management, various insurance contracts, emergency contact, supporting documentation of your work contract, drafting of your work contract, registration of training courses, among others. Unless you request otherwise, some of this information could be used to send you communications regarding birthday greetings, anniversaries, promotions and other celebrations and special days. Likewise, some of your information such as name, seniority in the company and position you occupy, area in which you work, birthday and photographs of special events may be disseminated in PROBIOMED’s regional publications.

In the event that you make use of the medical services granted by us (either internal or external), some of the data that you provide to the treating physicians and nurses, when considered sensitive data, will only be accessed and managed by qualified health personnel and will be subject to professional secrecy. However, the health professionals responsible for the service may give notice to Human Resources if you present a symptom or condition that could put your safety at risk and for which you need to be absent from your work temporarily or permanently.

C) PROBIOMED Foundation Beneficiaries:

If you request to be a beneficiary of one of our Foundation´s programs, the data that you share will be used to determine if you are a candidate to receive highly specialized medicines or any other type of support, when lacking of the necessary resources to acquire them.

D) Physicians:

The data you provide us will be used to integrate you into our medical community, provide you with educational tools, monitor your pharmacovigilance reports and inform you of our advances, promotions, events, and, in general, keep in touch with you.

E) Patients:

By providing your personal data we can integrate you into our patient community, provide medical guidance, monitor through pharmacovigilance programs the safety of the PROBIOMED products you use and, if you do not state otherwise, inform you of our advances, promotions, events and, in general, keep in touch with you.

F) Participants in congresses and symposia:

The data you share with us will be used to provide you with the necessary services regarding the event you attend, which may include, but not be limited to, granting you lodging and transportation services or some type of award, as well as to inform you of our advances, promotions, events, and in general, keep in touch with you.

G) Raffle participants:

The information you provide will be used to notify you in case you win a raffle organized by us, so you can claim your prize. Likewise, we can send you information about our advances, promotions, events, and in general, keep in touch with you.

H) Support petitioners through our telephone lines, social media and emails intended for customer service:

By contacting us through our general switchboard (+52 55 1166 2000), the telephone line of our Pharmacovigilance Unit (+52 55 4040 7671 or 01 800 200 0170 toll-free number only available in Mexico), social media or any of our emails for customer service (available in the Contact section on our website www.probiomed.com.mx), the data you provide us will be used to follow up on your request or query, perform statistical studies, measure quality in our customer service and, in general, to provide you with any necessary service to contribute to the care of your  health.

I) Visitors:

If you visit our headquarters or any of our production centers, we will ask you to register certain information such as full name, company that you represent and reason for your visit. These will be used to control the access to our facilities and guarantee the safety of our collaborators and visitors. If you do not wish to provide your information, PROBIOMED reserves the right to deny you access to its different locations.
